Aezze Scout (stub)

CRM / outreach app. Phase C. STUB — behind Cloudflare Access + Supabase RLS membership read-gate.

BLOCKED: the vault Scout System source is not present in X:\AEZZE. A human must supply app/ + supabase/ before this stub is replaced. Until then, no real CRM/PII may load (§6.4 release blocker).
